Every Day Issues…

1. Size DOES matter!!
If you have a product that is 1250mm long and 950mm wide then it will NOT fit into a 1200x1000mm case, no matter how much you want it to!

If you are selling items that are, say, 825x1075mm in size then you will have to prevent it dancing around inside a larger case.

2. Duplicating Packaging
Your product needs to be sent to another location for further components to be added and will then be tested at your client’s premises before final delivery to site.

It will need to be unpacked and sent on in new packaging each time at huge cost…

“We will design a transit case that can be unclipped to allow new components to be fitted with minimal unpacking time, allowing the same packaging to be used for onward shipment… testing the product can similarly be carried out by unclipping panels and final delivery will be in the original packing case”
