CROCODILE’S  INNOVATIVE  UNI-BOX  RTP

SYSTEM  IS  ROBUST  AND  COMPACT 

Crocodile Packaging Limited has developed the innovative Uni-Box re-usable storage system which features a compact and easily managed flatpack design for minimising storage and return costs whilst providing robust, reliable protection for goods during transit.

The compact design and efficient flatpack ratio of the Uni-Box system further increases the cost-savings achieved in re-usable packaging operations. Reducing assembly time over similar systems by more than 50%, the Uni-Box system features special plastic corner retainers which simplify unit construction and collapse. These corner retainers protect and strengthen the Uni-Box when assembled and securely hold the flatpacked Uni-Box in place when not in use, promoting easy unit management and safe stacking for storage or transfer. In addition, the corner retainers are used in conjunction with Crocodile Packaging’s unique clip system which utilises spring steel clips to secure the panels and eliminate the need for permanent fixings such as nails and screws. Significantly, the Crocodile clips are stored in an integral storage area within the Uni-Box when the unit is flatpacked.

Unlike some reusable systems, Crocodile’s Uni-Box containers can be customised to suit specific application requirements with no restrictions on footprint size. The modular design of the Uni-Box ensures that if any component of the unit is damaged, it can easily be removed and repaired or replaced thereby extending the longevity of the entire unit and minimizing running costs.
