Sleeve Cases Product Range
As an alternative to wood product boxes Crocodile can
also offer a box with a plastic sleeve that is either
clipped or banded to a suitable pallet base.
As with all Crocodile products, the plastic sleeve box
can be made to suit the cargo in question and can be any
dimension. |
| Clipping
the sleeve to the base speeds up the assembly process
and with a rebated lid the box retains considerable
stacking characteristics. |

Folding
the sleeve and flatpacking onto the pallet base takes
seconds leaving you with an easily handled and returnable
pack. |
| Plastic
sleeve cases are ideally suited to situations where most
of the cargo's weight is pressing onto the pallet baseor
where the items to be shipped are of a light weight. |
| It
is also ideal for those cases where large numbers of
cases need to be air freighted to their destination
and packaging weight needs to be taken into account
along with the protection factor. |

4-sided
Sleeve
The 4-sided sleeve provides the ultimate in fast handling.
One person can assemble the box from a flatpack in less
than 1 minute, with no requirement for any special tools. |

Unloading
and disassembly are equally fast and storage requirements
when the boxes are not in use are kept to a minimum.

3-sided Sleeve
Possibly the only plastic sleeved box that allows loading
to take place through a completely open front, the 3-sided
sleeve box comes with a separate 4th clipped side that
is easily attached to the loaded box prior to final closure
with the lid. As with the 4-sided sleeve, the box flatpacks
swiftly to allow low cost storage and return for reuse. |
