Pre-Design
Service
We would be pleased to meet you and discuss your timber frame project
in greater detail. We can help you plan your project to make the most
of the timber frame building method and suggest ways to help you save
money and speed up completion.
 Design
& Engineering
We use Mitek’s state-of-the-art timber frame drawing software
Wood Engine that gives total flexibility to our structures and provides
fast and accurate cutting lists and panel fabrication drawings. Our
in-house drawing & design team work closely with production to ensure
that your frame is manufactured correctly and delivered on time.
Floors
and roofs are also engineered in-house using Mitek Posi-Joist and Mitek
20/20 roof systems.

Our manufacturing procedures incorporate our ISO9001: 2000 quality processes
and we are also proud to be accredited with the UK
Timber Frame Association’s Q Mark Plus quality standard.
We
have 15 years experience in manufacturing timber products to close tolerances
and take pride in our quality control and consistency of product.

Erection
We use experienced site erection teams who comply with Crocodile’s
strict requirements regarding health & safety, insurance, experience
and quality control.
We
aim to complete on-site work as quickly as possible so that you can
benefit from all the advantages that timber frame has to offer.

To help protect our planet, we fully support the efforts of the Forestry
Stewardship Council and ensure that all timber materials used in our
factory are sourced from properly managed forests. This has a a positive
effect on our environment by using up carbon and releasing oxygen into
